I also got an e-check in my checking account with Bank of America from mipayment.biz / Mazumah for $59.85 today (August 24th). They used a fake check number, and sent a check through to my bank, stating that my signature was on file. I also happen to be a Greenzap member, which seems to be the common thread from what I'm reading. I contacted BofA, spoke with their check fraud department and they immediately credited the amount back to my account. They urged me to security freeze my account and get a new account opened, but I can't do that yet as I have bills scheduled over the next few days.
I am completely infuriated by this. I'm going to do everything I possibly can to nail this company. I will file federal complaints with banking commissions, and anyone else I can think of.
