Mirabales Tile is absolutely the worst place you can buy tile in West Palm Beach. The owner is a rude old man who does not want to accept that the tile he sold me was broken and hidden underneath. The installer did not have a chance to see the broken tile until he was installing it. When I took the tile back to ask for an exchange, he refused, and said I had to leave his store and stop harrasing him or he would call the police? How is asking for an exchange at the store harrassing the owner? Wow! This guy will soon be out of business. Definitely buy tile somewhere reputable like a big store that has an actual return policy because this owner is looking to sell you chinese tile at a low price and hide the broken tile underneath.

BUYER BEWARE, there are better places to shop with a bigger selection and better price, nicer staff and good return policy.
