Miracle Management Group - Risk Management Partners Debt Consolidation Ripoff. Do Not be Fooled. The Only One Benefiting is MMG/RMP. Carson City Nevada

I have been a client of the Miracle Management Group (MMG) for two-three years. In that time MMG has not once tried to settle a debt. There was many times that creditors tried to contact MMG but stated that the creditor number just continues to ring, ring , and ring. Go figure!!!!!!!

About six months ago I started trying to call MMG to ask why they were not settling with my creditors. Well to my disblief, I could not get any one to answer my phone messages or repeated e-mails inquiring about the status of my account. After a month or so I was trying to log into my account when I noticed that MMG's home page had indicated that they were no longer accepting any more debt consolidating clientale. For the next couple a weeks I tried franitically to contact some one at the company (MMG). To no avail. I then left a stronge message indicating that I was terminating my contract with MMG for their lack of customer service and not settling in my best interest with my creditors. Well, I recieved a phone call back about a week later explaining why MMG was not able to accept new clients. They also sated that they would start to settle some of my accounts and contact my creditors who I had given them during this conversation.I should have known better then to think that they were going to do anything different. A month later I was given a summons from a Creditor to appear in court. I tried contacting MMG's Legal department but with no luck. I recieved a e-mail from the legal department that looked like a Five year old had written it, that stated that here is a attachment that you will need to fill out and take to court. The funny thing is that the attachment had not been even partially filled out by the legal department. I had even sent them a copy of the summons. Over the next 72 hours I continued to contact them for legal advice but was unable to get a response. Needless to say I did not show up for my court date but here's the kicker; about three weeks later I recieved a e-mail that again looked like a five year old had written, which made no sence, trying to explain what to do with the summons. To late don't you think!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was late October when the above incident happen. I immediately sent a letter closing /cancelling my account with MMG. I also stopped all payments to MMG. I immediately informed MMG that I would expect a refund of $7500.00 within 30 days. MMG responded in mid November that they were sending out the paperwork for me to sign so that I could recieve my money in one week. Well, after many, many e-mails and phone calls, I still have not heard one thing from MMG. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Illinois and of Nevada. I also have contacted the FTC @ 1-877-382-4357.

This company needs to be stopped so that they can't Ripoff anyone else!!!!!!!
