Miracle Management Group - Risk Managment Partners ripoff $14,000 taken, not returning phone calls or money, no settlements Irving Texas

We signed onto Risk Management in January 2004 paying in $955 a month for settlements on credit card debt. We cancelled in February of 2006 when all the promises of settlements and working out our debts were not being done. We had recieved a court summons in regards to one of the credit cards.

Mike, with the company Risk Management, returned my call and stated they would quickly settle that account. Well they did and deducted $2000 more than what the credit card company agreed to settle with.

We were told that we would be recieving our monies returned in approximately six weeks. We have still not recieved our money, no returned calls, emails, or mail.

We recieved an email on May 12, 2006 stating now that they cannot guarantee or even estimate on how long our refund will take but that the refund process has not even started yet.

I tried calling them today and this company is no longer at that phone number and has left no forwarding address or number.

I have kept every document, contract, email, and voice message from Risk Management and from the credit card companies. Risk Management was not even contacting these credit card companies for settlements! I have been trying to now do these settlements myself but I would have over half the table cleared by now if they would just send back my money!

I have traced this company from Nevada to Arizona to Texas and have filed reports at these Better Buisness Bureaus.
