I put 2000.00 down on a building kit. When I realized that the material they would be using was galvanized metalrather than galvalume metal I suggested that I might want to cancel the order. Pat Yentzer of Miracle Steel said that they would keep my deposit and that there might be additional charges as well. They had not even begun manufacturing the building and the plans they had sent were for the wrong building.

I reluctantly agreed to proceed with the purchase because I was afraid of loosing my deposit. I was promised that the building arches and endwalls would be made from 20 gauge metal and that the metal would be G90 grade.

I asked Pat Yentzer a few days later if he could send an itemized list of all that they intended to ship and specifications of all those items. They played games with me and I was about to cancel when he said the truck was loaded and on its way.

The truck arrived and the building was a lighter gauge metal than promised.

At best this company was very deceiving and underhanded. They have offered no remedy for selling me less than what I paid for. Even if they had delivered what I ordered I would have been overcharged by thousands. The total for a lousy building was over 9600.00
