On February 21, 2002, I sent an order to you for an Illusionist 32MB AGP 48KHZ video card. I enclosed an AMERICAN EXPRESS MONEY ORDER #204967751 for $131.95, $125.00 for the card and $6.95 for shipping. They received my order and issued invoice #99093455 on February 26, 2002.
The card was shipped by Mirage on March 15, 2002. I received the card a few days later. I installed the card in my computer and found it was incompatible with some of my other peripherals. I contacted Mirage and received RMA 99093455-0326C. I returned the card to Mirage for a refund; Mirage received the card on April 1, 2002. Mirage has a 30 day no question return policy.
I have been trying to get a refund from them ever since. All of my calls have been ignored except 1, my e-mails have been ignored. When I call and ask for any department except tech support I am connected with an answering machine, I leave a message and no one returns my call.
