Mirko Kirschbaum and carmen kirschbaum are thieves.

We rented a property from Mirko and Carmen Kirschbaum and it was disgusting, unkept, and these two thieves took us for thousands of dollars.

They do not repair their homes.  They are filled with rat feces, mouse droppings, sewer does not work, toilets did not work, they had to replace the entire air conditioning system, did not repair or replace the sprinklers that were 45 years old, did not repair ovens that broke, tiling that is coming off the house, holes in the roof and holes in the chimney.   Garage door was falling apart, front door fell off its hinges, glass was shattered everywhere, and to top it off, these criminals refused to do as the contract stated...they failed to reimburse us for anything.

Even mediation, as the contract stated was denied by Mirko Kirschbaum and Carmen.

I have never dealt with two more dishonest, cheap-german, n**i-loving, hitler kiss asses than these two people.

Don't do business with Mirko or Carmen Kirschbaum!
