Misael Rojas, Lawn and Garden SVC Beware, Full of Lies, Unlicensed, Shoddy work, stops showing up fort lauderdale Florida

Simply hired to build a fence.  I can show some pictures of the work and you can judge for yourself.  He used liquid nails to hold together a majority of the fence, posts were only placed about 6 inches into the ground, and then he did not even finish and stopped showing up.

The work was so poor we had to have his work ripped out and redone, costing us a ton.  

The city had to be involved and fined him mulitple times and found out he is unlicensed even though he told us he was.  we worked with the city and they have made a criminal case against him for doing this to so many people.  we have found out through them he has been in jail mulitple times for theft and ripping others off.  

he lies non stop, never shows up, after about 6 months he still was only half done with a week long project and what he did do had to be torn down because the city states in their report it is a new fence in disrepair which does not meet any code compliance.

he will tell you over and over again he will be over tomorrow and never show.  i must have gotten 30 texts where he said he was at home depot getting supplies but never showed.  

i had mulitple licensed fence builders come to redo his work and all of them coul dnot believe someone called themselves a pro and this was their work.  IT WAS PUT TOGETHER WITH LIQUID NAILS FOR CHRISTSAKE!!!

 he did always show up right on time when he wanted to get another downpayment or a bit of money from you.  once he even commented on my landscaping and when i was going to get my own landscaping he said he could get a better rate, took my check and i never saw any plants.

 Judge for yourself, but in my opinion if you want poor work, someone who never shows, has a criminal record, had the fort lauderdale police involved with him in our case, and want to lose your money then he is your guy
