Miss amazing Took money and no goods delivered Internet

I used wowcher to purchase a ladies satchel bag for my neices birthdsy.
I had to go online to to miss amazing to make the purchase. The web site
Was difficult to use. I made the purchase but there was no
link to pay for p&p. i sent them an email asking for help. They did respond by
sending me the link, of which i used and paid for the p&p.
This was all completed in February 2013. I am still waiting
for the bag and a response from the company. I have tried calling them
but no one is there. Ive sent loads of emails, all
i have had back is one email saying they are out of
stock and will deliver asap. That was months ago.
I have contacted wowcher and no response from them either.
Its disgraceful how these companies can rip
people off. Wheres my bag or refund my money!
where do i go from here?
Legal action? Police?
