We  ordered a $298 dress from this company. My daughter measured and she was a size 2 according to their chart and that is what  she wears. When the dress arrived it was too small and the quality was not what it appeared to be online. We sent the dress back and waited for a refund. When it did not come I went on and discovered that they did not do refunds only exchanges. And that was after you paid a $40.00 fee in addition to paying to ship the dress back. I found this to be
absurd. I contacted them through their live-chat feature and at first was told they do not do refunds. After explaining the situation I was told refunds are possible but I had to talk to a live person and was given the number to call. The lady on the chat told me depending on my financial institution it could take up to 30 days. I told her I would be fine with that. When I called the number a woman, I believe her name was Ana told me they could not refund my money. When I asked to speak
with her supervisor she advised me that she was it that day and to contact someone on Monday. I then decided to email them and again explained the situation and was contacted by Rellin at the company who again advised sorry no refunds only exchanges. I then placed another order for a dress and days later received an email that stated the dress
is sold out and I received the following email:

Dear Kimberly Love,

Thanks for your order! Unfortunately, the items you ordered will not be available by the date you need them. As such, we have cancelled your order. We have voided the authorization on your credit card and you should see this reflected on your account within one to two business days. We constantly update our on site inventory based on availability,
and we hope you visit us in the future!

It has been almost 6 weeks. I have emailed the company about the status of my account and they have not responded. I would like my refund.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank who are investigating but have not heard from this company.  Please help!
