 In early 2015 I needed a roommate, put in a craigslist add and knew what I was getting into. Kai emails me, and within a week or so she was moved in. She was told rent was 850 a month and when only I asked for the rent for the first full month did she try and tell me she was only going to pay, 750. She also paid to use the bedroom set that was in the room. Which bumped it back to the 850 needed for rent. After fighting with her the second month, she then 2-3 weeks late pays me rent and it was at that time i started looking elsewhere due to how rude she was. She always walked around the place acting like it was hers, lied about how many dogs she bringing in to the home, as well as numerous guys over all the time who stayed the night. Well come to me deciding to move out she stayed. She still hadn't paid me THE LAST 2 months of rent, as well as the other part of the deposit, and she was supposed to pay me out of the bedroom set I left for her, and she never paid me for it. Come to find out, 3 months later, she hasn't paid a single dollar for rent or anything! As well as signing a new contract, which she was supposed to do. Luckily for me, I had her sign a document putting her on the lease, and then had her sign me off the lease just before I moved out. She kept trying to tell the office "oh so and so didn't pay you?! Well I have him the money and he was supposed to pay it!" Gave them the run around and got 3-4 months of rent, while running an air B&B out of the apt which is not allowed! She does not care about anything or anybody other than herself, not even her dogs! She's a horrible human being who owes me upwards of 4-5k! If you ever run into her, please run the other way!!
