I approached Mission E Commmerce and Adam Pollicino with a website idea in October of 2008. After several meetings with Adam, Sam Harbison and Anthony Harding, I agreed to a contract of services to have my website developed and paid them $16,900. I was told the site would be ready to go by March/April of 2009.
March of 09' came and nothing was available to me, but a logo and some very basic page layouts. (looking back...I should have "fired" Mission E Commerce for breach of contract)
After several months of meetings with Sam Harbison, and occasionally meeting with Adam Pollicino and Adam Harding, I was repeatedly promised my "launch date". I was even given another signed contract from owner, Adam Pollicino, that my website would be completed by May 1st, 2009.
After several meetings and excuses/delays from Sam Harbison and Mission E commerce, I found out (in late 2009)...Mission E Commerce did not have anything to do with the development of my site. Instead they hired a 3rd party company, http://www.ojeez.com/, to develope my website. (I was finally told this when I showed up and MEC unannounced and asked Adam Pollicino what was going on in early 2010). I found out from the President of Ojeez.com that Mission E commerce had paid them 6k to develope my website. I was also told that Adam Pollicino and Mission E Commerce owed Ojeez.com over $40,000 for other websites that they had hired them for and that they were trying to collect money from MEC
I ended up having to pay another $1500 out of pocket just to get my source code from Ojeez.com (which I had never heard of) so I could try to attempt to have my site completed with another company. (ojeez.com had a "team in india" that developed by website, which was not even close to what was discussed/promised from Mission e commerce) They were holding my source code "hostage" due to the amount of money that Mission E commerce still owed them.
***DO NOT HIRE ADAM POLLICINO OR MISSION E COMMERCE***
Adam Pollicino, Sam Harbison and Anthony Harding are all scam artists and are cowards. I have tried to contact all of them by email, face to face and by phone. None of them will talk to me. I have left several messages for Adam Pollicino to make this right and have even agreed to pay them 6k (the company's out of pocket expense to hire another company to do their work).
When I did meet with Adam Pollicino just after the first of the year in 2010...he told me that Mission E Commerce had to fire all of their developers in early 09' (which they did not disclose) because of the economy and that they were forced to outsource their work. When I asked why I had to pay to get my source code from ojeez.com...I was told by Adam Pollicino that "it was the cost of doing business and that Missione E Commerce was out of money and could not help me any longer".
I have not sued MEC or Mission E Commerce because I simply don't have the resources to do so and I don't think anything would come of it. Adam Pollicino and his team have several websites including www.legalace.com (which tells me he has connections with lawyers and attorneys to protect his shady company)
Save your money and do your research. I am not the only one that this company has taken money from. I really feel sorry for these slimey SOB's and don't know how they sleep at night.
You can google "adam pollicino" and "mission e commerce" and see that there are several people this guy has screwed.

So it seems these cheeseballs have been scamming people for a long time and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I was ripped off by Nick Policino and his merry band. I will be filing my own report just to help illuminate the type of banditry I was exposed to from these.........people.
