Government Of Missouri started Violating the 2ND Amendment, 10 Amendment around 2007.

The U.S Department Of Justice cannot Enforce States to release Medical or Mental Health Records.

This is part of the Brady Bill Act. The Supreme Court Ruled 5-4 and struck down this bill saying it Violate's the 10TH Amendment of the U.S Constitution.



Now The U.S Department Of Justice under the Guidance of U.S Attorney General Eric Holder.

Are up to their dirty tricks. They are telling the States if you volunteer to release this information we will give you Money in the form of Federal Grants, If you fail to release such information. Than we won't give you certain Federal Grants. This is called Enticement, A Bribe.



If the Supreme Court ruled against the Federal Government enforcing such Law. Than it shall be against the Law and a Violation of Rights for the Federal Government to Offer such enticement.



If it's against the Tenth Amendment to Enforce such. Also it is a violation of the Tenth Amendment for the State Of Missouri to release such privacy information.It violate's several privacy laws along with the Second, Fourth, ninth, And tenth amendment.

The only way to stop Missouri from Violating such rights is too Petition or write too Jay Nixon the Governor and ask him to change what Matt Blunt did.



Or file a complaint with the Supreme Court, Or Sue. I would suggest all three.

It would be best to find a lawyer that does Class Action and sue in another State. You can file suit in any State where Missouri does Business. Example you can File in Illnois anywhere that Goods are transported into and out of the State. Such as DC. Since Missouri receive's Funds from Washington.

But I would not recommend doing so in that State.



St. Louis County would be a good start.
