Mitch Maybin M & M Auto, LLC, Gave $1214.00 upfront with his promise to purchase auto parts to repair multiple automobiles; parts not received and repairs not made nor completed; hasn't returned calls, cannot get in touch with him Garland, Euless, Dallas, Texas

Begininng September 18, 2011, I entered into a business agreement with Mitch Maybin, as follows:

Mitch Mabin stole $1214.00 from me and my limousine service. 

He stated he needed money up front in order to  orrder the parts for the vehicles, one of which he bagan repairs on on 9/18/2011.  First he wanted $500.00 up front for parts (air ride shocks and struts, coils and plugs, oil/change), to which I agreed.  Five days later, he called and stated that he could only purchase a portion of the parts he needed to repair my vehicles and that the other parts would come in 2 days later by UPS Ground which sounded fraudulent, but because he was referred to me by ACS Limousine in Dallas.

I never saw these parts and did not hear back from Mr. Maybin for 4 days, until I finally was able to reach him, as I had not heard from him.  He stated at that time that he had to reorder the orginal parts, as the wrong parts were sent.

On 9/23/2011, he came to my shop without the promised parts to complete the job that he had started on one of my vehicles on 9/18/2011.  We began a conversation about further repairs to my other vehicles, and stated that he would need another $714.00 to order more parts (compressor, A/C Dryer and lines) and for labor, which I never saw nor received.  He stated he could have those parts in right away and start repairs on this vehicle while waiting on replacement parts from UPS Ground.

To date, I have not received any of the parts nor received the promised repairs for which I paid.

Please help me locate this crook and get my money back.  If you know of MItch Maybin or his whereabouts I would appreciate any help/leads in finding this person.
