mixweddingdresses.net fraud charges, charges but no merchandise, no communication, won't return emails/calls Internet

This company claims to provide you with dresses for your wedding needs. They do not return emailed questions, live chats, or phone calls. When you place an order and pay they state they give you a confirmation email and then take your money. They did not do this in my case. They sent no email but took my money. I went back into my account to check on my status and it claimed not paid, yet I could clearly see it pending on my bank. I finally got a hold of someone on live chat who claimed to not be able to help me, said it was not paid I must repay. She also said I would get an email in 4 hours. I replaced my order thinking there was an error. Eventually they charged me twice, past my dates I needed my dress and I never got one email ( sent 22), no live chat help, no phone calls returned ( left 5 messages).

I have had to file claims with my banks and I am hoping for refunds due to their fraudulent activities and no product for payments. Stay clear from this company it just leaves you broke and without a dress and a lot of stress.
