I had a furnace installed by MJ Emmonds and I asked him to replace the original one I had before with the same exact model, which I had for 20 years no problem, They replaced my heating system that not only heated my house but heated my hot water. When they were done at the end of hte day they told me that they had put a couple of the parts in BACKWARDS and they would be back the next day to take it all apart and put it back together again.

When they were done, I was only going to be able to take a 5 minute shower and clean as fast as I could or I would run out of hot water. When they replaced the furnace they used the old piping that was still there which was 20 years old and old wiring which was never replaced.

Now I am stuck with my son's bedroom which is always up to 90 degrees though we set the thermostat at 70, my bedroom is 60 degrees , and the living room and dining room is just above the 50's and we have to wear blankets and huge sweatshirts just to stay warm in the winter. I called them for a service call, the gentleman came out and it took him no less than 10 minutes to see what was wrong with the system.

He said I'll have the part in a couple of days, two weeks later (after getting a different story every time I called to check), when they finally came and replaced the part it took them less than 5 minutes to replaced slide the part in and fix the wiring. They charged me $500 for the service call and $300 for the little plastic part. At this time, the furnace leaks, I've had another company come repair it twice.

I've spent $2000 on repairs and it still isnt right, at night it sounds like someone is banging on the pipes with a hammer. I totally do not recommend these people, I would not use them at all, all they do is lie and treat you unfair. They are very rude and did not treat me properly. I cannot live like this any longer, I am going to sue them. I recently called Channel 3 and the guy is going to come to my house and do an interview.
