MJS, Inc. Incompetent Columbia South Carolina

MJS, Inc. is a horrible company.  I would advise researching your HOA prior to buying a home.  Had my husband and myself known that MJS, Inc. would be our HOA, we would have never purchases a home within this new and upcoming community.  The Bylaws speak for themselves, but when you call or e-mail anyone at MJS, Inc. to point out an offense, they are quick to be rude and dismiss you.  We finally had a representative come to our home in order for them to look into our neighbors yard and see the above-group pool and well as the fence that she had placed incorrectly.  After months of going back and forth with the HOA and them promising us that something would be done, as our neighbor was not compliant, a year later, nothing has been done.  They do not have the ability to do anything other than be rude to those of us who pay their salary each year.  Needless to say, after dealing with a useless HOA for almost a year, we are seeking legal counsel Wednesday.  Please, everyone be ware, if you ever have a problem, do not even bother calling MJS, Inc.  It is a waste of time and energy.  You will end up having to seek your own legal counsel.  I have worked for law firms that have represented HOA's and MJS, Inc. is unlike anything I have ever seen.
