MKVibe Artist development and ripping off demo's Milton Keynes, Other

I contacted these company on starnow.co.uk and applied to MKVibe.com online as they were looking for artists. They replied to me and said I should come meeting with them and talk about my music etc....
I meet with them exchanged a demo with them on the first meeting and went away thinking it was going well. 

They next contacted me saying they want to do a development deal with me which would involve photos generating publicity and trying to get some gigs for me. They also wanted me to record a new demo. I said I didnt need the demo as had some good ones already, but would be interested in everything else. So I paid them 350 sterling in cash. 

The day and I went down for the pictures but instead of a professional photographer there was the guy who runs the company, but I went along with it anyway. So the pictures were taken and we talked some more about my music etc.... That was in october 2010.

Over the next few months they completely failed to reply to my phonecalls, emails etc....Even my husband rang them and got no response. They in Jan 2011 my online publicity material appeared without any warning. I still had had no communication from them regarding anything that had gone on.
I was going to chalk it up to bad experience and naivety..........

Then this week 7th March 2011 one of my demo tracks appeared on their website for sale. This came as some suprise as I had never signed a contract with them allowing them to sell or profit from my music. Not only this since they hadnt contacted me in over 4 months they didnt have any mechanism in place to distribute any profit that might be made from this sale.

I have contacted them again but to little avail, my promotional material had been removed from the website but my song is still for sale. What am I meant to do. This is a complete scam, 350 pounds for not so professional photos which I have yet to receive and they are selling a demo version of my music with my say so.
