BETONLINE.com has the WORST customer service and worst payout times. The first round of the NCAA Tournament I went on a nice run at two websites. On Monday March 24, 2014 I requested a bankwire for 10,000 from BETONLINE.com and a $25,000 bankwire from ML718.com. On Thursday March 27, 2014 my 25,000 hit my bank account from ML718.com. Here on April 5, 2014 still NOTHING from BETONLINE.com. What adds to my frusteration is that not one person in customer service can give me a timeframe now. First it was anyday, not it will be in a "few days". I am older (66 years old) and have been around the block and feel that I am being flat out lied to, so any suggestions would be helpful. Bottom line for me atleast AVOID BETONLINE.com.
