MLB TV MLB.TV PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND! WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN! Internet, Internet

I am a huge baseball fan, but this is the last time I will ever purchase MLB TV. The product flat out does not work. They have a "bandwidth test" you can run on their site, which I have done numerous times. All results show that I have high bandwidth (that fits well within their range of supposedly being able to use the product properly), yet the product still doesn't work. If you search online, you will find this is a common complaint about MLB TV.

When watching a game, it constantly freezes up and skips. (Keep in mind this is when trying to watch just 1 game, even though MLB TV advertises the ability to watch up to 4 games at once). When the picture isn't freezing and skipping, it will just completely quit out and tell me that there was a "Media Error". I then have to reload the whole thing, re-enter my password, and wait for it to get going again (only for it to do the same thing 5 minutes later). It is very frustrating.

I had finally had enough of this defective product. I emailed MLB TV and told them about the problems, and asked to have the remaining days on my subscription canceled, and to be refunded for the remaining days in which I no longer wanted to use the product. Now get this... they outright REFUSED to do this! They told me that because I hadn't canceled earlier that I could not cancel now. I explained that I did not expect to be fully refunded for the days I had used the product, but that I only wanted to cancel it now and be refunded for the remaining days on the subscription. They would NOT do it. I was shocked to say the least. First, they sell a product that does not work. Second, they refuse to let me cancel my subscription. Buyer beware with these guys, they are clearly very shady.
