MLIC Inc. takes this opportunity to respond to Angela Marie Ireland's report filed anonymously in this medium and set the record straight. MLIC Inc. takes its professional obligations seriously and delivers the best preparation courses for the GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and SAT.  MLIC Inc. also expects its customers to abide the terms of the registration to which they must consent before submitting the registration form. While we respect Angela Marie Ireland's right to remain private, her report would have had more credibility had she filed the report under her own name rather than as ALIAS.

Here are the facts of the matter that will establish that MLIC Inc. treated Angela Marie Ireland with utmost respect and tried to accommodate her every step of the way. But Angela Marie Ireland failed to attend the GRE General Test preparation course by MLIC on two different occastions as explained beloe:

1. Angela Marie Ireland of Brooklyn New York at the address 180 Frost Street, Apt 3L  registered in MLIC GRE prep course by submitting the registration form via secure registration form at our registration portal on May 16, 2011. In the registration form, she specifically stated the following request: Message: I need to take the turboprep course the last week in June (Friday
   
   
   
   June 24th-Tuesday June 28th).
   
   
   
2. Also, as part of the registration requirement, she agreed to the terms of registration under which she will not be eligible to request free rescheduling or claim refund by failing to attend the course in which she was confirmed.
   
   
   
3. Angela Marie Ireland was confirmed in the June 24-28, 2011 class in Manhattan, NYC but she failed to attend the course and requested that she be accommodated in a course in early July. She was informed that MLIC will allow her to attend the session in early July from July 8-12, 2011 subject to availability of spots. This was in view of the fact that she had been confimed in an earlier session and she had failed to attend the session as scheduled. She agreed to it.
   
   
   
4. Because the GRE General Test was going to be replaced with a new version in August, MLIC had a surge in registration for early july session and Angela Marie Ireland was advised that we had to give preference to people who were already booked in the course and because she had failed to attend a prior session in which she had been confirmed, she could consider attending the session in a different location such as Chicago, if she wanted.
   
   
   
5. She agreed to attend the course in Chicago from July 12 to 16 but failed to show up again.
   
   
   
6. As a special consideration, MLIC had advised her that she must attend the course from July 22 to 26, 2011 and if she did not, she will not be rescheduled.
   
   
   
7. Angela Marie Ireland requested confirmation that she could attend the session in NYC from July 22 to 26, 2011 and we sent a written confirmation on July 13, 2011 to her email address.
   
   
   
8. A week before the July 22 to 26 class in Manhattan, Angela Marie Ireland was sent instructions for the workbooks for use in the in-class prep sessions.
   
   
   
9. Angela Marie Ireland was a NO SHOW FOR THE THIRD TIME.

The above facts will establish that MLIC Inc. had been more than generous in accommodating Angela Marie Ireland's requests for rescheduling even though they were unreasonable and inconsistent with terms of registration to which she expressly agreed when she registered on May 16, 2011.
