My father purchased a used transmission from this business back in March. It was a week later when he received the transmission. A week later my father returned with transmission as it was defective and did not work. He was promissed a replacement but never actually received anything workable. My father finally requested a refund, and he was only given a partial refund. Since June of 2012 my father has been requesting a refund from Manuel Aguilar who is part of M&M Auto Service. His last "encounter" with Aguilar was not pleasant, so much that Manuel Aguilar told my father he could report him and nothing would be done. I am submitting this as a warning to all those consumers who seek services from this business, beware. My father is 70 years old, and clearly this man, Manuel Aguilar is a bully and has integrity issues.
