Beware M&M Diversified LLC in Sierra Vista Arizona.  Mr. Sean Mendoza caused thousands of dollars of destruction to my house.  He destroyed material and not only did not uphold the contract but in fact had a faulty contract according to the AZ Registrar of Contractors.  He lies on multiple occasions when questioned about the work and substitutes faulty material for the unwary home owners.  A complaint was filed against him with the AZ Roc  but considering the fact that my house was going to be left in shambles for years, it was settled when Mr. Mendoza

refunded my half down, which he had for months and couldn't complete the project.  He left my house in disarray, no lights, construction debris in my house, and when it was eventually called quits because I tripped in my hallway due to his equipment and debris left for months, no lights, and no response to the problems.  His response at that time, is “I am going out of business”.  I could go on and on about the problems Sean Mendoza caused and his ridiculous responses.  Just to put it into perspective, he jammed a 32” door into a 30” door space during the remodel, even

though he had exact specifications.  When questioned, his response was, “Of course, I can make any door fit.”   He later renewed his contracting license at future date, to allow time to get out of his hot water.   He needs to a RED flag list for his work.  Ultimately he is working elderly personnel and defense workers with his spill about his military background in the Sierra Vista Arizona area.  Further the people he employees steal from your property.  He also has fake reviews on Home Advisors from his friends.
