The FACTS in this message are to inform the Florida's Jewish Community that they are allowing a convicted felon and habitual CRIMINAL access to their home, CHILDREN and Places of worship.
For Several years, NICHOLAS SCHIANO, the owner of MNM ENTERTAINMENT (Barmitzvahs.com, Barmitzvahs.org) and HOTWIREMEDIA.COM has been using the Alias "NICK SHAPIRO." This Alias allows him to avoid his criminal past coming up in background checks.
NICHOLAS SCHIANO a/k/a NICHOLAS "NICK" SHAPIRO has been charged and convicted of multiple felonies. His criminal record has spanned over a 20 year period, with his last arrest occuring on December 12th 2007 for possession of Cocaine, Cannibus and Drug Paraphernalia.

This defamation and slander is from Matthew Howard Friedman of Great Neck New York in August 2009. Matt Friedman was an employee of M&M Entertainment in 2006-2007 as a motivational dancer. Matthew Friedman was also employed by my online party planning website HotWireMedia.com in 2008-2009.
Matthew Friedman is a mentaly Ill pathalogical liar and internet scammer. As a Hot Wire Media . com employee Matt Friedman and Benjamin Tesser copied the Hot Wire Media . com website and datebase to several new Matt Friedman websites, like World Vendor Directory . com, Planning For Events . com and many others. Matt Friedman charged Hot Wire Media . com clients creditcards using Benjamin Tessers PayPal Account "NATPARTYSVC". Matt Friedman was emailing Hot Wire Media . com clients telling them lies about how his "new" company (World Vendor Directory . com, Planning For Events . com) was "handling" all the billing, and that Hot Wire Media . com was purchased by World Vendor Directory . com.
The Matthew Friedman & Benjamin Tesser scam was shut down when I contacted the Nassau County police department, and told them about the Matthew Friedman scam, and credit card fraud. Matthew Friedman's scam internet business was shut down as a result of my contacting the authorities. In the months and years following the Matthew Friedman WorldVendorDirectory.com & PlanningForEvents.com scam being searchable online, Matthew Friedman started a defamation and slander campaign against me and my company M&M Entertainment. Matthew Friedman emailed my Bar Mitzvah clients, posted on facebook using fake accounts, started websites, posted on websites like this one, RipOffReport.com, etc. What Matthew Friedman posted was the worst this anyone could say about me.
Matthew Friedman posted that I am a rapist, dangerous drug addict, child mollester, using alias', wanted by the police, etc. The extent Matthew Friedman went to, to promote these lies about me and my company, and the money he paid facebook to advertise these lies, and the domain names he purchased to slander and defame me... is evidence in itself of my claim that he is a mentally ill pathalogical liar. I work with 12 year old children, for over 25 years. I have never been accused of Rape or Child Molestation. In February 2017 Matthew Friedman an I are engaged in a federal defation lawsuit in the Southern Distric of Florida. I expect to prove the Matthew Friedman slander and defation on this webpage, other webpages, websites, and facebook.
I expect Matthew Friedman to pay RipOffReport to delete this post about me and my company.
