Richard Cruz, AKA Richard Haro, Allen Richards and true name Richard A. Espinoza, Jr. (DOB 10/27/69) is a scam artist, BEWARE!!! For any people who have been scammed by him go to La Verne police department or San Dimas Sheriff’s station. Read other rip off reports, people are coming forward against him seeking legal action to prevent him from pulling scams and stealing hard earned money from people. Richard somehow is able to con money out of people backed with empty promises. He has a current scam involving Magic Mountain and Disneyland season passes that are not valid after the first month.
He prays on people, robbing them of their dreams and goals offering them advancement in their careers. He is claiming to market a car that doesn't require gas, his protocol doesn't exist, just another fraudulent scam to raise money to pay his bills on someone else’s dime!!!
I am encouraging all victims to report him to the authorities; they know who he is and are expecting victims to come forward. He has served time in prison for grand theft and fraud, he has no limits one who he will steal from.
He has created various companies under the name of PEC research, RAEJ entertainment, OMG entertainment, MM2 productions, and others that I don’t have the correct name of.
He also claims affiliation with the NBA and celebrity basketball league, this doesn’t exist either. He doesn’t have a mansion, money car or anything else that he claims to boost his ego and his false creditability to future victims.
Beware of his scams and come forward it is the only way to stop him.

Richard is in custod, he is being housed at La Verne Police Department on fraud charges. He should be there for a couple of days. Anyone who has been scammed by him file a report!! Don't waste time, the more people who come forward, the better. He is a disgusting human being with no regard for anyone except himself. He robs trusting people of their dreams and money, its time the justice system catches up with him, again. It is clear his first stay in prison was not enough to make an impression on him, he needs an extended stay. Go to the police immediately!!!
