Over the course of several years, I have purchased artwork from two individuals representing Galerie Jen-Art and MMA Fine Arts International of Montreal, Quebac Canada.

The purchase of the artwaork was always made at a fraction of the estimated value of the artwork. Reasons were given as to why this was a great investment opportunity. Credit card transactions were used to make payment for the artwork, often over several installment payments over several months.

Deadlines to sell the artwork for me were never met, and excuses were made for the delays in transactions. At this point, I am doubtful of the authenticity of these organizations. I am told by Neil Schwartz that he is in the process of creating his own company called Newport Brushstrokes Fine Art, Inc. (1-888-383-4858). Neil Schwartz's current contact phone number is 1-888-265-2120.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I told Neil Schwartz that I was not purchasing any mor artwork until I could recoup my investment total thus far. He promised to call me in 2 weeks, but I suspect I will never hear from him ever again.

I see you retracted, but, keep in mind, the new company was registered in 2012 according to the business number, which means he was working at both places at the same time.

though you didn't deal with that company directly, it's still the same person; not very trust worthy.

In all fairness to Mr. Neil Schwartz, incidents that led up to the submission of my report occurred when he was with MMA Fine Arts. I mistakenly referred to his current company, Newport Brushstrokes Fine Art, Inc. when in fact he was employed by MMA Fine Arts. Newport Brushstrokes Fine Art, Inc. should not be implicated by my submission. I apologize for the error.
