Mobal International Cell Phones Mobal advertises they work in Hungary. After several times with Customer Support it still didn't work Internet

Mobal International Cell phone advertises they work throughout Europe, including Hungary to call within Hungary. We could call from Hungary to the US.

The relatives is Hungary could not call the cell phone we purchased which was a UK phone number that mobal international phones provides. The customer support was on the phone for several minutes trying different ways to dial.

The relatives with Hungarian cell phones would get the message "Not in Service" message when they dialed the mobal international cell phone number. When we tried to dial the relatives cell phone we would get a message indicating service was not available. 

We also attempted different ways to dial out, which didn't work. We purchased the phone to contact relatives while at the hotel. This incident just occurred in the beginning of August.
