Mobil Home Formula, has been located in several locations in Florida and Texas. It appears to be owned by 3 people as follows John Fedro; Kenneth Herbert; Jonathan Herbert. There are 2 addresses in Austin, TX.

John Fedro appears to be the front man. He or the company advertises through Absolute Wealth | 4330 Gaines Ranch Rd. Suite 120 | Austin, Texas, 78735 | 512-646-1489.

I tried to do business with John and joined his program Aug 12,13. They were to accept payment in 2 monthly payments. The 1st Aug 12 and the 2nd after Sept 16 which John Fedro agreed to.

While on bank business on Aug 13 I discovered they were trying to extract the whole $594.00 at once not payments as agreed.

I e-mailed John or service @mobilhomeformula.com about the computer error and asked that corect the problem. To date they have refused to contact me by e-mail or phone.

On Aug 14 I get a e-mail stating I'm cancled and they have returned the money.

Today at the bank Aug 19 it was discovered they took $594.00 and only returned $297.00. 

To date there isn't any contact with these NOW CRIMINALS.

They have all my contact info, so I assume they are useing it in IDENITY THIEFT.

According to other records the other 2 mentioned above are involved in the coropration, not sure of the ownership status.

I filrd a fraud statement with the bank and MasterCard Aug 19, 2013

We have been doing business with John Federo for almost a year and are nothing but pleased and grateful. John's shared experience, willingness and professionalism has helpd us in grow our buisness and reach financial goals.

This compliant is not true at all. Using the content in the Mobile Home Investing modules. as well as having voice to voice calls with John and having emails returned quickly, gives you the confidence to succeed. Though he has many students, each one of us matter to him.

We would (and do) recommend John and his educational program whenever and whereevr we can.

Current student of Mobile Home formula

I can't believe this to be True about John Fedro. I came across John's program towards the end of last year through YouTube. John helped me for a period of time before I even became a student in his program. After, I bought the program I gained even more value  from the content in his modules. John has many students under him, but you would not know it because he responds "personally" everyday to emails, and calls.

To anyone thinking of purchasing Johns program DO NOT allow this Complaint to stop you.John educational program is SOLID!! This is a Genuine testimony of John and his program.  Also, to the person that posted this complaint if you emailed John @mobilhomeformula.com that's probably why you didn't get him it's john@mobilehomeformula.com you left off the "E". Also, please see my attachment for John's quick email responses. Happy Investing!

To everyone reading this I want to give you my impression of John Fedro and the Mobile home formula. I have been a very happy member for since 2012 and am having steady results from the teaching. Yes, actually closing multiple mobile home deals since late last year. John as personally helped with all of these deals. Without him I would not be where I am today in this business.

I do not believe that John Fedro is hard to contact at all, infact the opposite it true. He provided me right away with all his contact info and has always been available for me and my wife. Even on Christmas of last year he contacted me via email to answer the questions I was having.  

In regards to the training it is the most complete education I have ever invested in, which has been alot over the years, and the best follow up I know of on the internet today. I do not believe for one second that him or his company would do anything malicious to anyone of the members he helps.

In defense of John Fedro

My wife and I have been members of Mobile Home Formula for over a year now and have completed many deals.  John Fedro has been there at every turn with valuable advice.  He is always just a phone call away.  I am confident that this report is just a misunderstanding and could have been corrected with just a little patience by the person who registered this complaint.  

John is very generous with his time and will strive to help people succeed in this business.  I know this because I am one of those people.

Hello all readers,

Thank you for taking the interest to look me up, John Fedro, and read through this value report. I feel the best feedback I can provide is that to make clear the full events of what has taken place between this member and my company. I strive very hard every day to reply to everyone that requests help from me both via phone and through emails, with many many happy members. Without constant contact Investing in any form of real estate can be very difficult. It is for this reason I cut into my own investing career to help my members 7 days a week. With that said please read on...

The name of the gentleman giving this review is Ralph Valentine. Over the past month we have exchanged many emails and a phone call, I have even spoken to his bank to clear up any outstanding matters. Please see one of our conversation-emails where Mr. Valentine is thanking me for replying to him promptly (in picture on this review). I only show you this to provide a side of the story that Mr. Valentine failed to mention in his review.

Ralph signed up for our program and quickly had buyer's remorse after starting due to him being double charged. His credit card was declined on his first attempt and after making multiple attempts to purchase he had accidently purchased twice. His response to him purchasing twice was not one of "help" but rather one of "blame" and "frustration".

His email to us at this point stated he wanted a refund as he was not happy with being charged twice and the work needed to move forward was too intense (real estate investing requires work and dedication). All monies were immediately refunded back to Mr. Valentine promptly. We then parted way and said we wished him the best of luck.

Our system then automatically charged Mr Valentine on the 19th of August. In fact this second payment was our mistake as he had refunded his purchase and canceled 1 month prior. At this time he did not call us or email us. Instead he went to his bank and had the bank manager call me. She then expressed how irate Mr. Valentine had been in their office which helped to clue me in a little more on the gentleman. Within the same day we replied via phone to the bank manager and all funds were right back where they belong, with Mr. Valentine. We appologized for the accidental charged and made sure to delete Mr. Valentine from our system to avoid any further "auto charge" accidents. This bank manager was a pleasure to speak with.  

In short I know that we provide great constant daily review, daily effort, daily feedback, daily support, and daily motivation to our members. I love helping others and love seeing the joy in a new investor's face and voice when their first deal is closed. It hurts me when I go to such lengths and a few folks give their slanted view of what has transpired and use us as a punching bag. It is my belief to simply do what you say you are going to do, and that's that. I have no idea what is happening in Mr. Valentine's life right now to cause such a bi-polar shift however I still wish him the best and would like to let him know we are willing to continue to help him with his investing business if he wishes. I know how possible this business is and hope one day he also realizes this.
