My daughter wanted a new radio installed in her new car, I told her to have it professionally installed, she went to Mobile Audio Concepts. They charged her $165.00 to install it. During installtion they damaged the dashboard. They claimed they did not do it, they didn't even want to look at it. She took it to a dealer for an estimate on repairing it. The dealer said it was definately caused by the radio installation.
We took the estimate back to Mobile Audio Concepts, they said they were aware of the complaint and were not going to do anything about it, again they didn't even take the time to look at it. We have no choice but to take them to small claims court. this company also installs Remote car Starters as well other electronic items. I would recommend that people stay away from this business.

This vehicle came in to our facility with all the audio systems wiring cut up and the dash panels vinyl torn... The teenagers who brought it in had no idea what they were doing and had us repair the wiring and install the new unit. Barry the father came in a few days later accusing us of causing the damage and told us he was a police officer and was going to charge us with a crime. He is not a police officer just a town employee. We explained the situation to him as clearly as we could but he would not be reasonable with us. I guess listening to the pink haired daughter and accepting that her and her friends were incapable of wrongdoing was just too easy. thanks for your time.
