We just wanted to post a picture of the Serial Thief named Zachary Edward "RipOff" Singleton and his smiling family. This is the smiling, happy family who is having fun spending "OUR" hard earned money after Zachary Edward "RipOff" Singleton stole "OUR" $3,084.50!! He stole this money from the mouths of me and my husband but most importantly he stole it from the mouths of my CHILDREN!!!

And if you were conned by this Serial Thief, they are also smiling because they are spending "YOUR" hard earned money to!!

I too paid a lot of money to Zachary Edward Singleton for a German Shepherd that I never received.

The scam is to be your best buddy, doing his best for you to get you exactly what you want... until he gets your money.  Then he's off the map - won't return calls, emails, etc.  If you complain, or contact the authorities, or post warnings on the web about him, you might get a voice mail when he knows you're at work threatening to sue you, claiming you're an idiot and he should've known better than to try to do business with you.  Then next thing you know, his numbers are disconnected, he's disappear... moved to another town or, more likely, another state. 

I've receive emails and phone calls from 23 different individuals that have been taken by this guy.  Go ahead, Zach/Edward - move, change your name, start a different business... whether its dogs, juice bars, gyms, bogus fishing trips, hot dog carts... whatever - we'll always find you.  And as I promised, I will do everything I can to assist your victims, the authorities, whoever, until you are where you belong - in a cage!

This is the same Zachery Edward Singleton (below) that was behind Colorado Canines in Colorado. He ripped off numerous people for thousands of dollars apiece for dogs that didn't exist and were never delivered. I know this to be a fact because I am one of them and have personally spoken to many others.

Before that, he was running the same con in North Carolina under the name of Carolina Canines. He simply moves from one part of the U.S to another when things get a little hot and people start to file complaints.

I had heard that he was now ripping off people for hot dog carts in Florida and Georgia. He has been using varations on the same theme for years to rip people off. This is how he makes his living and supports his family by stealing your money. His M.O. hasn't changed much he is still using the same sorry excuses for why you didn't receive the product you paid him for.

Do not fall for this guys scams, if Zach's lips are moving he's lying. I would bet that all of the rebuttals stating what a great guy and business man he is, were written by him.

What an idiot! This con artist, Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions has stolen $3,084.50 from me and my family! I have already filed complaints against him with 30 different authorities and agencies! (And I'm still not done!) All he has to do is return my money back to me and I will stop.

I know the police department is already investigating him because I have spoken to Detective Seals of the Pickens County Sheriff's Department in Jasper, GA a couple of times. His number is 706-253-8906 just in case anyone else has been conned by this low life of a thief! I also know he has been contacted by other agencies.

He's starting to feel my wrath, so I guess he's desperate now and he's trying to get back at me instead of just giving me my money back! Since he has nothing on me he contacted my Corporate Office with his lying BS and tried to get me in trouble. Ha! Ha! Ha! They all think he's an idiot and a low life thief! The ones who didn't know anything about this con artist do now after I showed them how he conned me. Now they think he's an idiot and a low life thief! So they asked me if I wanted them to block his email. Heck yeah!! He knows where to send my money back to me! I don't want him emailing me with anymore of his lying BS!! In fact, I will post the last email I got from him yesterday and you can see for yourself how ridiculous he is!!

I called to try and work this out, which is way beyond what I need to do.  You should be the one calling me.  Instead you hung up the phone.

We have legal council and we are ready for your visit.  We will counter for emotional and business damage, time lost, materials and man power.

My visit? I just found out since I signed his bogus contract in Los Angeles County I can file suit against him over here where I live! I don't have to go to Georgia! He will have to come over here!! Ha!

Oh! Someone needs to tell him how to spell "our". He thinks it's spelled "are".

The only way I will work this out with you, is if you call and give me a full apology.  I am not going to loose money and bend over for someone who is nothing but rude.

I asked the Detective about extorting money.  He told me unless you post neg things on the internet I cannot file criminal charges for you extorting funds from are company. 

Nope! I'm not posting anything negative! Only the truth! And I can prove it all! Extorting funds? What the heck is this idiot talking about? He has MY money!! He's had it for six months! I have nothing!!! All I wanted was to buy a hot dog cart from him! All he wanted was to steal my money!!!

I will have you served criminal if I can or if you continue to extort funds.  I will have you served civil papers as well.  It will be loud and it will be at your place of employment. 

All I can say is "Bring it On Dude!!!" What does he mean by "loud"?

I think the real question is, how many hours have you stole from your place of work? 

None that I am aware of. I've been with the company for over 12 years. I have a very good record or I wouldn't be here still! But what does that have to do with anything???

Letters will be sent to your bosses, asking them to keep you from extorting and harassing are company.  Since this is done at work and on there clock, I will add them to any civil docs. 

What's done at work??? As for as my company goes, it is a very large company. They have many lawyers on their payroll! I don't think they will have any fear of this "little peon"!
