Amazon Marketplace seller.

Bought new, warranteed, 64 gb Nexus 6, with charger.

Arrived 1 wk late, 1 month after ordered: Used, out of warranty (per Motorola) 32 gb Nexus 6, & wrong charger (not powerful enough to charge Nexus 6).

Seller remedy = $80 refund. Amazon remedy = $20 credit.

Seller denied phone was used & ignored my request for $100 discount-or-RETURN and instead unilaterally processed $80 discount.

After all that, discovered wrong charger and only 32 gb  memory instead of 64. Should have bought elsewhere.
