Mobile Gas Station Flat Tire -Attenadant refused to let use air, had to push bike in 95 degree temp 55 & 58 yrs old Yucaipa California

 On Sat., 5/11/13 at 1:30PM, we were on the 10 freeway,  on a motorcycle, and had a flat tire.  We pulled off the freeway and into the Mobile gas station at 31429 Yucaipa Blvd.  We went in and asked the clerk (Ben) to please turn on the air, so we could put air in to get across the bridge to a motorcycle shop to purchase a tire.  Ben refused to turn on the air, stating we had to buy $20 in gas (a motorcycle does even hold $20).  A regular customer was putting gas in his car and asked Ben to turn the air on for him.  Ben refused, stating he had the right to refuse service to anyone.
I asked for the owner's name & number & Ben refused, stating he was the manager & we had to go through him.
We had to push the bike across the street to the Chevron, in 95 degree weather.  We are 55 & 58 yrs old.
When I returned home, I called and again asked for the manager's contact info.  Ben refused.
