I highly recommend that anyone with a Verizon phone in the WR area to make the drive to plover. The customer service here is terrible. ...MoreI highly recommend that anyone with a Verizon phone in the WR area to make the drive to plover. The customer service here is terrible. After getting a new phone & bundle deal, we paid 250 & would be paying 24 dollars a month.  -Not Bad. However, when we got home, the bill was not adding up, we spoke to corporate and they said we should only be paying $19 a month. We went back the next day to return the phone & bundle deal. They said they would refund $160. I checked our CC today & instead of refunding 160. They charged us another $160.
