NO money back guarantee. None, for any reason. Yet their website states a 100% money back guarantee FOR any reason. This file is not a downloadable file - but they'll tell you that it doesn't matter. If you downloaded it, you have to pay for it. If you weren't able to download it, you still have to pay for it (they claim they aren't responsible if you don't know how to download it.) By the way, everything they state IS is writing. But you can't access any of that until after you pay. Two screen shots - one of the first website where they tell you they give money back FOR ANY REASON, and the other of the site you're directed to after you pay. Unbelievable ripoff.
