Bryan Otte is a crook and a swindler. He promises one thing and delivers something else. I had to take my food truck to ABT and had over $7000 in repairs made. He failed to include all pieces of equipment specified in the contract. It was a huge mistake to use this hustler. He doesn't stand by his warranty and when you ask him to fix or question his craftsmanship he simply says; "Sue me!"

If it's up to me he will never build another food truck in the city of Chicago.

His work could have killed me if it were not fixed. He didn't have the generator properly installed it allowed fumes to leak into the cooking area. This was not only done on my truck but also the Haute Sausage truck and the Slide Ride. Can you say, Carbon Monoxide Poisoning! Also he ran simple rubber hoses up from 2 50 lb propane tanks, no safety shut off valves and it should have been a hard line. His electrical work looked like it was done by a bunch of third graders. He used 16 and 18 gauge wire through out instead of 12 gauge.
