I was referred to Mobile Zone by a friend little did I know it would become worst experience I have ever had with a retail store. Mobile Zone said they could save me some money on my Verizon Wireless bill amount to $135 each month with 2 lines sharing 1400minutes and unlimited text on both.

With all said and done Mobile Zone told me the charges incurred from switching from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile with a single line with unlimited everything would be $150 per line = $300 and my last months bill $135. Also, getting on T-Mobile without a contract (month-by-month) would be $92 all said and done monthly cost + fees.

I also had some old phones that they took in to sell for me amounting to $310. They promised me $260 of that $310 after their cut. So, to recap my bill from Verizon should have been $300 + $135 = $435 and then another $92 + a one-time sign up fee with T-Mobile. So, I left the store that day with a new BB Curve with skin and case.

About two weeks later is when the horrors started. Little did I know they had ordered a phone on my 2nd Verizon line with the new every 2 years upgrade and then canceled it. This resulted in an initial $360 charge to my Credit Card by the time I had found out about this I had already received the full $799 equipment charge for not activating that phone with Verizon. Then I received another $200 from T-Mobile because they claim to have accidentally put me in a contract and then canceled it resulting in a 2year contract early termination fee. Lastly, they also smoked me on the old phone I gave them and only gave me $100. All said and done I am out more than $1100 and I call up Mobile Zone and they tell me it's my problem and to stop calling.

Sorry, Joe.  You must have misunderstood your transaction with "Mobile Zone" on Silver Lane in East Hartford.  I have been a customer for quite some time.  I was a customer at a previous location and J and D are the MOST kind, helpful people I've ever dealt with and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!  Perhaps....once you've calmed down, you can try talking to them.  They are GREAT  people and GREAT business people!  :)
