Their advertised rate for US domestical calls is 2.7cents/minute. If you accidentally call a US toll-free number, they will charge you $10/min. Yes, that is 10 DOLLARS per MIN. If you have automatic recharge enabled, one call could cost you hundreds of dollars. And they do not provide any details of calls made or any of the transactions, leaving consumers completely in the dark about what is being charged. This company is a complete fraud.

I discovered this accidentally when the money I just deposited just disappeared in one day. I called to complain, and that is when I found out about this $10/min hidden rate from a toll free call I had just made. They did refund my last transaction, but there was no way for me to find out how many times previously they have done this to me or how many other consumers are being scammed.
