if you are considering purchasing the superbot for use on myspace mobsters save your money.
their customer service is a complete joke. if you do get a reply it will be automated and they will tell you to clear your cache or uninstall and reinstall the product. they have no telephone cs they dumped that the day they began charging a monthly fee for their poor service.
the helper bot works sometimes, but more often times is crashed or non responding.
tip to end their billing cancel your subscription within paypal otherwise you will end up like me with 151 days on a bot assigned to a computer i no longer have . they refused to credit me and issue me a new unlock key to be used on my new computer. 3 times i was charged 3 times the same month with no recourse from paypal since it is a subscription and no help from mobster plus cs either.
i use mine to return energy on many accounts, but i think i will simply spend an hr every night and do it by hand rather than give them another penny of my money for something that at best works for me half of the month.
they gave no advance notice either to their customers that there would be a monthly fee after taking our 29.95 for a one time purchase. personally i think good business practice would have been to let those who had already made the purchase as the one time purchase continue to use it like that and charge new customers the new rate.
in other businesses if a price goes up you do not go into your bookeeping and bill past customers the new rates after they have purchased a product.
