My site at domain www.xxxxxxx.com has had a paid balance until January 30th, when the billing dept. loaded 2 months of bills and the upgrade requested onto the account and effectively shutting my site down. I was not notified of any bills; in fact, the account, as previously stated was in good standing except for the first month that I had the "bill is ready" email sent to an email address that I rarely was checking at the time (my fault but speedily paid when the problem was noticed).

I have since remedied that situation and repeatedly and often logged into mochasupport.com to ensure my good account status. There was no billing due in mochasupport.com or any notification emails sent in December or January so I assumed that, when I had thought about changing my plan to a 3 or 6 month billing cycle, I must have.

January 30th, after my ram upgrade request, my site was offline with no notification as to the cause. It took 24 hours and 4 separate chats on mochahost.com, multiple emails and help tickets, and unanswered phone calls to the listed number before I found out that it was due to these spontaneous charges. I have since paid them despite disagreeing with both Mochahost's methods and practices regarding their billing procedures when Mochahost is at fault (the last $15 charge is for an upgrade and is not due until February 15). However, Mochahost has refused to respond to ANY of my emails (beyond two times stating "a billing manager would get with me ASAP" which did not happen and one time explaining the situation after speaking with the other individual who cleared it up on chat) and they have failed to return my phone calls or even email me personally. I am only able to speak with anyone through their online chatting program in which no one appears to "be able to do anything to assist (me)" or "allowed to give (me) such information" to get in contact with someone who can.

I have personally requested to speak to a manager on at least four separate occasions but have been denied that and have yet been able to speak with anyone beyond an unhelpful chat as previously noted.

I will again reiterate what I have many times before: I would like to speak with a manager regarding my account with Mochahost. Please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Please put my website back online as all of the current bills are paid.
