I heard about Modafinil on youtube after researching nootropics. It sounded like exactly what I needed to help overcome my bout of depression and laziness but unfortunately it is a prescription only medication in the area I live in. So after researching a bit more on where I could buy it online I came across Modafiniledge website. Took a look and it looks professional. Prices were ok and there was a chat system and someone actually replied back.

I decided to place my order there. After attempting to place my order I got a screen saying my payment didn't go through. I used a debit card since there was no Paypal option. So after not being able to order from there I found a better website to order my modafinil from. After checking my email, I noticed my debit card had been frozen for unusual activity.

I had to call in order to get it activated again and the customer service agent asked me had I made a charge at ModafinilEdge, I told him I had but I no longer wanted it. He told me to contact them (ModafinilEdge) and tell them to cancel the charge and if they did not do it in a week, to call back. I contacted their support team immediately through the online chat. They asked for my order # and told me it would be processed in 7 business days. That was ok for me.

7 Business days later and I had not received my refund. I contacted them again and they told me to wait another few days so I did. After about 3-4 more days, I contacted them again through online chat on their website and this time they tell me there was no charge to my account so they need me to send a screenshot of my bank statement proving I did order. I sent the screenshot and they told me it still shows that no payment was taken out of my account. WTF

So this was when I knew they were trying to scam me. I sent them proof of me being charged and they still said there was no money taken out of my account. LIES. I tried contacting my bank but they said since the 7 days had passed the money was already gone out of my account and no longer pending so they could not retrieve it. I was using a prepaid debit card so had to call their bank.

I then attempted to report a dispute through the bank and I am currently awaiting a decision to see if I will get my money back.

I would advise everyone to stay away from them. No legitimate company would behave this way. I assume that all reviews I have found of them are fake/ forged and they probably don't actually send out any product either so don't bother ordering from them.
