I received the ring and was shocked at the terrible quality. The metal was pitted and unpolished all over. I looked on Amazon and ended up finding the exact same ring for $2.76 and $1 shipping. They are getting cheap rings from China, marking them up and selling them as quality. Before I let them know about my concerns I had the option to post a review on their Facebook and now I can't. Any time I try to write a review it says there was a problem and to try again. There is nothing but good reviews on their Facebook and I'm sure it's because they are taking down the bad ones or not letting them be posted. Scam!

I have to say that even though I was not impressed with the quality of the ring I ordered the customer service from this company is amazing! They resolved my complaint so well I wanted to remove my report on here but am not able to as they are permanent :( In my earlier report I had stated that the exact same ring could be found on Amazon for around $3. Their communication with me was amazingly fast and kind. I even got a phone call from one of the owners! He emailed me and explained that they used to order that same ring from China but due to quality issues with the Chinese manufacturer and the popularity of that ring style they now make the exact ring in their shop in California. I do believe him as the ring has no CHINA stamp on it as most things do. He was very kind and agreed to issue a full refund and pay for shipping the ring back. Amazing customer service, and on a Saturday too!
