Modern Marketing Solutions dishonest misleading tricked and lied to us Tampa Florida

For the first time I finally feel sucker to this and it makes me so mad!! I received a phone call one day from a very polite woman telling me that through GroupLotto.com, I had won a vacation. She explained it all to me and it sounded good (even the mention of a "small guided tour". Of course there was the $99 processing fee but I figured, sure, why not?

The only problem in it all was that my husband, who is in the Navy, would not be able to go with me. I asked her if my brother-in-law could go in his place. She said it was fine and even made comments about how there would be numerous girls for him down in Florida.

So needless to say, I spent the $99 and was told that in about 10 days I would receive an email from Amerigreet.com with a username and password. I already knew timeshare presentation would be involved but I looked passed that.

During the time for the email I had called back a few times to ask a few questions never speaking with the same woman again due to her either never being there or elsewhere. One question I asked about three times was, "Does my husband have to be there?" Numerous times I was told "No not at all".

Finally, after calling to tell MMS, that I had not received my email, I got it. Once clicking the link and reading requirements, yes my husband had to be there!! It also read :

This offer supersedes all other offers made in regard to this offer, verbal or written.

This package fee is Non-Refundable 7 days after the order date.

Well isn't that nice. The order date is the day of the actually $99 payment! You don't learn this until after you email that comes atleast 10 days later.

Modern Marketing lied plain and simple for the sale. I hate people that can get away with this time of business. They also go by the name of Oasis Travel. I couldn't find anything about them at all online whether good or bad. Well here is a bad!!!
