Modify Utah Frontline Finance, american Mortgage & Debt Solutions Loan Modification American Fork, Utah

I have read a few other reports against Modify Utah, I too dealt with them. They started out by also sending me emails from their attorney and , my mortgage company. As reported, I made too much money and Modify Utah settled in my behalf for a repayment plan instead, though Modify Utah instructed me Not to make any payments to them as this would get the ball rolling and I would get the modification with no problem. Next thing I know my mortgage payments went from 1370.00 to 1905.00 no where near lowing my payments. Of course these payments were too large for me at the time. So after about 3 payments from me to my Mortgage company, I failed and after Modify Utah charging me 2500.00 and promising a refund which never came. I ended up trying to findan attorney to handle this mess for me, I still could not get a modification. I had no recourse but to file for Chapter 13.Yes, I will be following these complaints and hope that we all receive our funds back or atleast make life a living hell for them as they have made for us all. Upon filing my chapter 13 any other money owed to them of course will not be paid. Unfortunately Modify Utah is not the only company doing this to people in these bad times and I'm sure this kind of business pratice will continue.
