I made my first purchase with you all on what were supposed to be two pre-owned 100% authentic Louis Vuitton bags and just received two very OBVIOUS fake bags from you. I spoke with a Louis Vuitton sales associate over the phone and have been informed that one of
the bags I received doesn't even exist!!!


I was tipped off by the fact that the stitching is off and so called Louis Vuitton customer service. They never made a keepall that doesn't have two side straps (they only made the 45, 50, 55 and 60). Not only that, there are plastic knobs on the bottom when Louis Vuitton ONLY EVERY uses brass ones there. They also told me where to find the date stamp (all bags after 1980 have a date stamp) and this bag has no such serial number. I was told that this is unequivocally a counterfeit.

I cannot believe the audacity of this site to tell me I can only return them for credit why would I ever trust anything they sell me once they have already lied to me and sent me fake crap.

Their customer service agent told me everythign is 100% authentic and come from certified merchants, and that only if I have proof from a "certified merchant" that this is fake can they take a return.  When I aksed where I find a merchant certified in fake goods they could give me no answer.... becuase they dont exist.
