Mody Mohamed US Citizen,owner of the webiste www.circlebux.com   PTC internet company who offers work from home jobs is scam and fraud.

I have send him 20 USD trough SKRILL payment procesor for UPGRADE PACKAGE with better pay ADDS.

Accordin to the rules on his webiste,he must pay me 170 percent on mine 20 USD payment for vieving ADDS on his website.Before 3 days I HAVE ASK...PAYMENT ON 21 USD,those were mine earnings..he refuse to pay me that money,and he send mine pending request payment bact to my account in mine back office on website.He change the payout policy afther that...i have request new payout this time on 8 USD....this morning..i have saw in mine back office that he send me the money to my SKRILL PAYMENT PROCESOR ACCOUNT......but the mone never got to mine SKRILL ACCOUNT......i have send him a message...he is not responding to mine message.....he have BLOK ME...AFTHER THAT..SO I CANT USE MY...ACCOUNT ON HIS WEBSITE...MY MONEY IS FROZEN.....simple fraud and scam.....two friends of mine who also work there...have the sam problem...they have sent hin money trough SKRILL payment procesor...and when they ask for payment....HE BLOCK their accounts on his website..there is more than 1000 members on that website who are working PTC...and all of them are potentinal victims of this fraud and scam person.I have 12 screenshoots...that i can provide as evidence in the case of further investigation.I have use mine CREDIT CARD to send money on mine SKRILL account.....
