Mohamad Kazah promised me upon ordering mitigation Against L3-L7 Floods but are unable to mitigate most L3 Floods Including L4-L7 Floods. They claim that you have to contact them at a immediate notice but fail to fix the issue a lot of the time. And just accuse clients of sending out Random DDoS Attacks when it's a reflective Flood. None of the floods show up in Arbor and when he does fix it he can add Additional Latency to TCP Connections resulting in 1000+ Additional MS Latency.

The routes screw up on a regular basis on his network resulting in clients requesting to cancel because they are fed up of experiencing constant issues. or have several days of reoccuring issues where it will Lag and drop connections. Resulting in a Very Large Loss for our Company.

Mohamad Kazah is rude 99% of the time when you Talk to him Via Skype and states that you must stop crying. and won't even let you speak and will rage at you. Because he cannot take the fact that a customer is telling him that he is too incompotent to manage a network. and this is True but no Instead he decides to be rude and not accept responsibility for the issues he has caused.

Mohamad Kazah caused a huge financial loss for our Company over a peroid of our whole contract. but upon the last 2 months there has been a ton more network issues. Resulting in a 35-45% revenue loss. and Kazah cannot accept that and decides that he'll turn the services offline and not honour the Contract(s) SLA that clearly states a Uptime SLA and this has fell below this and he has still not compensated us.

Mohamad Kazah cannot even handle Remote Hands Task(s) Correctly he has screwed up that many times on builds when he has not read what we have stated correctly. The Last Major issue was when he caused a machine to be down for 5 hours as he switched the SFF Cable over something we had never asked him to do.

Mohamad Kazah promised a free month of service for the DDoS Filtering issues but never provided it. and simply lied to us. His Intention here is to shut down our services so he can take the Hardware as he knows that turning the services offline will result in issues paying up the rest of the Contract. So that way he can take all of our Assets.

Globalfrag + ValVPS + FractionHost + all the other shell brands Mohamad Kazah owns should be avoided Full Stop As Kazah will provide a awful service resulting in a Huge Financial Loss.
