Unbelievable I was looking for a ISP and found these crooks in the phone book I called them about service and they said they had to send surveyors out to see if I could get it in my area.

 I never heard back so I called them they came out and I signed there paperwork and was told I would receive copy's in the mail Then I was hit for a $100 dollar install fee I paid in cash and also for the service I paid on my credit card well the owner and his sidekick were here for hours and it was getting late they could not get a signal for my comp so i just said that we would deal with  it the next day.

 I called immediatley that evening to let them know my credit card was charged twice so that is now 200 total and I had no Default Gateway I let them know I needed them to fix this weeks went by no service still and there Tech Support was a answering machine and know one ever returned your calls.

So Finally I get a hold of the man and he is treating me like crap telling me to shut up and stop bitching that it is not his fault my comp is a piece of Junk I told him to come get his Equipment and i wanted a refund he told me NO WAY well he shows up with his sidekick again late in the evening jumps on my roof and is yelling at me and my mom just being rude as hell So I called the police they filed a report since he refused to give me his full name and copy's of the paperwork I never received copy's  containing all my personal info This man is a creep and a scammer and he should be shut down WATCH OUT..

 I have been a client of Mohave Broadband(MBB) since April 4, 2013. The owner, tech and installed all came to my house for the initial visit. The install was completed the same day. They worked until they achieved a strong signal. Every step was explained clearly to me. A month or two passed, and we had a severe windstorm that turned the receiver dish. MBB came the same day and decided to try a different tower. The signal was tricky, because it had to thread between nearby homes and over a knoll. Nonetheless, they were successful (even enduring very hot weather). All Internet services experience glitches from time to time. With patience, MBB answers all questions and goes the extra mile to give computer advice. They truly want happy customers and treat them with the utmost respect. I trust their billing system -- email bill notification; email when auto-withdrawal is completed. I print out a copy of e-bill for my records. Extremely satisfied.

I have lived in this erea since 2004 i have used frontier "left them due to my bill never being the same amount" i have used npg cable before they were bought out by suddenlink and was down for three weeks in one month and then had a tech from there try to tell me the bottom line..wich was rent thier router or dont get service..ha ya right. then i got service through mohave broadband at my adress on quartz ave the service was fantastic the personell were friendly and my bill was always the same amount..as i am an avid gamer via x-box live i spend alot of time using my internet and can get frustrated if it doesnt work. my biggest mistake i have made to date was moving to an erea that could not be serviced by mohave broadband and now have to deal with suddenlink. please keep in mind that i pay my bills on time and have some common sense . i now work at mohave broadband and have never seen anything shady happen! all personell here are very polite but please remember people are still people for me personally if someone is screaming cussing and yelling at me due to an unreasonable request or a misunderstanding of how things work i will attempt to assist them up until the point were i can no longer deal with them and then i will request that someone else help them if possible.. i laugh at this article due to knowing the person that filed it and knowing the owner of this company..I also got a good laugh when i tried to find any other reports like this..yup you guessed it this is the only one..Hmmmmmm 1 unsatisfied customer in 5 years i think this company is doing great!  keep up the good work Mohave BroadBand!

Computers Plus & MohaveBroadBand have provided services to this community since 1991.  Same owner Same location for nearly 20 years. Unfortunatly it is impossible to please everybody in every situation.  MohaveBroadBand.com provides Internet Connectivity to the area.  Computers Plus is the local Computer Store that we have partnered with.  Computers Plus is not a part of MohaveBroadBand.com but a seperate company.  At MohaveBroadBand we do not teach people how to use the Internet, Computer, or anything else.  We feel that teaching is best left to the community college in the area. 

This customer did not identify themselves in this report but I am pretty darn sure I know who it is.  We do not have a lot of complaints or unsatisfied customers so its easy to pinpoint this one.  If we did have numerious complanints we wouldn't still be in operation after this many years.

We charged this customers credit card and it declined.  We charged it again at the customers request and it declined again.  If her bank puts a pending hold on declined credit card transactions we can not fix that as it is a policy of her bank not MohaveBroadBand. 

If you don't pay your bill or discontinue service for any reason we are forced to cut off service and request our equipment be returned to us as it is rental equipment.  As this customer hopefully learned when you rent something you must return it and the Police will force you to return property to it's owner.  If you try to keep something that isn't yours its against the law.

Our reputation in the community is very good.  We have an A+ rating with the BBB in AZ.  We pride ourselves in a quality service at a reasonable price.  No deceptive adbertising or hidden fees.
