Purchased the download card from Gamestop where I have never had any problems till now. The game is Minecraft for the PC I purchased the download card for $26.95. Have been told there are NO REFUNDS on theses types of cards. Have been unsuccessfull in contacting Mojang.com either by requesting help online or requesting to chat online. No help only more questions.

My grandson doesn't need to be crying his eyes out everytime he comes for a visit, because his Birthday present doesn't work. I'm at my wits end...Gamestop won't help me...most people wouldn't think anything  about losing 27 dollars...these days that's alot of money when your on tight budget.

Something needs to be done about company's who think they can rip off children!!
