After viewing a webinar on how to improve marketing I signed up for what I considered to be a turn key program. It was anything but that, though it was presented as such. In their first email to me I realized it was not what I thought and repeatedly wrote and called to cancel. Spoke to three of their admins and they agreed to cancel and refund but never did. They charged me $497 and are now stating through American Express that I did not cancel within 30 days which I certainly did within 72 hours of their first email to me.
This is NOT their first complaint and doubt that it will be their last. Stay clear of these guys, they think they are pretty slick but offer nothing but lies.

We are happy to help and glad everything got resolved. We are undergoing rapid growth and with that, comes growing pains (unfortunately). We have since hired many more support staff to take care of our clients. I always wish for our clients to have the most amazing customer service possible, but realize that sometimes things don't go as planned. We would never do anything to harm our customers, and hold ourselves to the highest level of standards for honesty and only like to offer products and services that we have proven ourselves to deliver results. I received a call from both owners of Mojo Marketing and they did issue me the credit that I was asking for. They were extremely apologetic about the incident and promptly took care of my account. I am happy that the issue was resolved and I am relieved that there was cooperation rather than a battle. Thank you Ira and Cory!!
