Moka's Dog Rescue (Jim Bowie) scam, unprofessional, rude, ripped us off, gave us a pregnant dog, refusing to spay our dog McKinney, Texas

Adopted a dog from Moka's Dog Rescue and 3 weeks later she had a liter of puppies, we were unaware she was pregnant. Jim is now refusing to give us her shot records & refusing to spay her, even though that's what the adoption fee includes. Very rude and unprofessional, doesn't mind cussing you out on the phone. He told us we closed down his rescue, and then I call Petsmart and they told us he is there every month. Foster parents have told us that he does rescues for all the wrong reasons. He claims to be non-profit but him & his wife are both unemployed and this is how they make their livings. He wanted to kill all of the puppies even though we got all their shots and found them good homes. DO NOT ADOPT HERE!!!
